  • Process servers in the state of Texas are not “licensed”. however, we are certified by the Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC)

  • The process server will make 4 attempts at different times of the day.

  • The process server will make every effort to deliver the documents to the server. If the server is unable to serve the party, we will work to confirm residency. Confirming residency gives you an opportunity to request substitute service with the courts. If the server is unable to confirm residency or serve the party an affidavit of non-service will be uploaded via Efile (for Texas courts.)

  • We use cloud-based software which will send you an email after each attempt.

  • We have 3 speeds:

Routine- First attempt will be made within 48 hours and service completed within 7-10 days

Priority- The first attempt will be made within 24 hours and service completed within 3-5 days

Rush- First attempt made within 4 hours (as long as documents are received by 12p) and service completed within 2 days
